OUR SERVICES

OUR SERVICES

We offer pop in pet sitting visits for cats, exotic pets and other small animals and provide a regular dog walking service, all tailored to your individual pet's needs.

Areas covered include:
Leighton, Crewe (CW1)
 and nearby areas.

Cat Sitting

Planning a holiday? Why not let your cats stay home in the comfort and security of their own familiar surroundings where they will be happiest.

We will pop in and visit them to provide the dedicated care, love and attention they need - including feeding, providing fresh water, administering medication if needed, cleaning litter trays, brushing, playing and cuddling, letting them in/out if required etc.. We will send you regular updates so you can relax and enjoy your break.

Our cat sitting service is a very popular alternative to a stay in a cattery, which some cats find incredibly distressing. It also gives you added peace of mind that your home is being looked after. We are happy to water plants, bring parcels in, put bins out and open and close curtains/blinds - just let us know what you need. For an additional charge, we can even ensure you have essentials such as fresh milk and bread for your return.

We recommend at least 1 x standard visit per day for cats. The majority of customers opt for 2 x visits per day (for example, morning and evening).

Express visit (up to 15 mins): from £6 depending on location.
Standard visit (30 mins): £10.
Extended visit (45 mins): £12.

Prices are based on the length of the visit rather than the number of cats you have.

Pet Sitting

Our pop in pet sitting visits aren't just limited to cats! They are also an ideal solution for other small mammals such as rabbits and guinea pigs, and for more exotic pets such as lizards, frogs, snakes, tropical fish and even birds of prey (thanks to Stacie who has specialist experience in this area!).

Pop in's are also perfect for younger animals, elderly or infirm pets, and pets recovering from operations. If you need to work long hours, or are planning a day trip or evening out, we can visit to check on them, let your pooch out for a toilet break, feed and water if necessary and provide some social interaction, cuddles and playtime to break up the time you are away from them.

Puppy Check-in -
If you have a new puppy and work long hours we suggest 2 x visits per day as puppies need more frequent meals and toilet breaks than adult dogs. Once your puppy has been fully vaccinated we can go for short walks and begin socialising it with other dogs if you would like us to.

Reptile Check-in -
We recommend an express visit to feed, water, check animal is safe and well. Misting of enclosure and spot clean if required. No handling of reptile will be done unless necessary.

Bird Check-in -
Indoor birds - we recommend a standard visit to feed, water, clean and provide interaction with bird if safe to do so.
Outdoor birds of prey - we recommend a standard visit to feed, water, spot clean aviary and confirm casting, weight can be taken if owner requires. If you have more than one aviary, there will be an additional charge.

Express visit (up to 15 mins): from £6 depending on location.
Standard visit (30 mins): £10.

Dog Walking

Our dog walking service is available from Monday to Friday, primarily between 10.00am and 3:00pm.  Occasional weekend walks can be arranged for an additional surcharge.

We offer individual solo walks (which are ideal for dogs who prefer to be walked alone) or small group walks (for dogs who enjoy the company of other dogs and can be matched up with suitable canine walking buddies).

We also regularly hire secure, private fields for our more sociable doggy customers to enjoy a playdate in a larger group setting (ideal for those who cannot be let off lead normally or need to practice their recall!). An additional surcharge is applicable.

Walks take place in a variety of locations to ensure a fun and stimulating experience for your dog. One day we might practice lead walking by doing a pavement walk from your house to a local park for a game of fetch. The next day we might go out in the car to explore the Cheshire countryside and enjoy some off lead play and socialisation.

Your dog will only be let off lead (with your written consent) once we have gotten to know them/are confident in their recall.

30 minute walk: £10.
45 minute walk: £12.50.
60 minute walk: £15.

Additional dogs from the same household (who can be walked together) are half price.

Secure field visits for dogs attending in a group setting are an additional £1.50 per dog. If you would like us to hire a secure field for the sole use of your dog/dogs, then the full hire charge of the facility will be passed on to you.

Weekend walks are an additional £2.

GENERAL INFORMATION

All bookings are subject to an initial 'meet and greet' session (free of charge). The purpose of this is to allow us to get to know your pet and discuss their specific requirements, personalities, any medical history that we may need to be aware of, normal routines and feeding instructions etc.. We will also sort out key arrangements (our preferred option is to hold a spare key in our secure safe) and complete paperwork (service agreement, terms and conditions, client and pet information forms, including vet and emergency contact details).
A short trial walk is also included for dog clients. Particularly nervous or anxious dogs may require more than one familiarisation session and we are happy to accommodate this. This is also your opportunity to get to know us and ask any additional questions.
  • A 25% non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm cat/pet sitting bookings at peak holiday times.
  • A cancellation policy applies and this will be explained at the initial meeting.
  • Walks and visits on bank holidays are charged at time and a half (except for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day which are charged at double time).
  • Regular text/photo/video updates will be arranged for all services (no additional charge). These are usually provided via Whatsapp or Messenger.
