OUR SERVICES

We tailor our services to your individual pet's needs, offering a range of pop-in pet sitting options for cats and dogs, exotic pets and other small animals, regular or ad-hoc dog walking services, and overnight stop-overs with your dogs in your own home. Bespoke services such as adventure hikes or days out and wedding or special event chaperoning can also be arranged.

Areas covered include:
Leighton, Crewe (CW1, CW2)
 and nearby areas.

Cat Sitting Visits

Planning a holiday? Why not let your cats stay home in the comfort and security of their own familiar surroundings where they will be happiest.

We will pop in and visit them to provide the dedicated care, love and attention they need - including feeding, providing fresh water, administering medication if needed, cleaning litter trays, brushing, playing and cuddling, letting them in/out if required etc.. We send regular updates so you can relax and enjoy your break.

Our cat sitting service is a very popular alternative to a stay in a cattery, which some cats find incredibly distressing. It also gives you added peace of mind that your home is being looked after. We are happy to water plants, bring parcels in, put bins out, open and close curtains/blinds, switch lights on and off - just let us know what you need. For an additional charge, we can even ensure you have essentials such as fresh milk and bread for your return.

We recommend at least 1 x standard visit per day for cats. The majority of customers opt for 2 x visits per day (for example, morning and evening).

Express visit (15 mins):  £8 (available in the Leighton area only)
Standard visit (30 mins): £12
Extended visit (60 mins): £18.

Prices are based on the length of the visit you chose rather than the number of cats you have.

 Dog Sitting Visits

We also provide home visits for dogs. This is a great option for those who do not require a walking service but would still like someone to spend some time with their canine companion when they are busy.

You might opt for this service if you have a young puppy, a senior dog, a dog with a medical condition or who is recovering from illness or operation, or who simply finds the outside world a little scary at times and would prefer a comforting visit to a walk.

Please note, we will not provide this service for dogs who are being left unattended overnight.

Express visit (15 mins): £8 (available in the Leighton area only)

Standard visit (30 mins): £12.

Extended visit (60 mins): £18.

Overnight Pet/House Sitting

This is a premium service, whereby our sitter will basically move into your home whilst you are away to care for your pets (keeping them in their usual routine as much as possible), allowing them to stay in their own familiar and comforting surroundings.

Starting from £50 per night for one dog - our rates are dependent on a number of factors, such as location, amount and type of pets and whether they can be left unattended for short periods of time during the day whilst we complete work on behalf of our other customers.

We have very limited availability for this service and advance booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.

Dog Walking

Our dog walking service is primarily available from Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5:30pm and can be use on a regular basis or an ad-hoc basis (subject to availability).
Occasional later evening and weekend walks can be arranged for an additional surcharge of £2 per dog.

Solo Walks  are ideal for dogs who prefer to be walked alone, or are not suitable for group walks (e.g. due to reactivity or behaviour towards other dogs that could cause distress).
30 minute walk: £13.
45 minute walk: £16.
60 minute walk: £19.

Group Walks for dogs who enjoy the company of other dogs.
30 minute walk: £11.
60 minute walk: £16.

Additional dogs from the same household (who can be walked together) are charged at half price.

Walks take place in a variety of locations. Your dog will only be let off lead (with your written consent) once we have gotten to know them/are confident in their recall.

Secure Field Trips

These group play sessions take place in a privately hired, safe and secure setting such as Paws n Play or The Dogs Paddocks. They are ideal for playful, sociable dogs to interact, particularly those who cannot usually be let off lead and to give those who need more recall training a taste of freedom.

Regular sessions currently run on a Monday morning, Wednesday afternoon and a Thursday lunchtime.

Pick up and drop off plus approx. 50-60 minutes of play time: £17.

Additional dogs from the same household are charged at £10 per dog.

If you would like us to hire a secure field for the sole use of your dog/dogs, this can be arranged, however we would need to pass the full hire charge of the facility on to yourselves.

GENERAL INFORMATION

All bookings are subject to an initial 'meet and greet' session (free of charge). The purpose of this is to allow us to get to know your pet and discuss their specific requirements, personalities, any medical history that we may need to be aware of, normal routines and feeding instructions etc.. We will also sort out key arrangements (our preferred option is to hold a spare key in our secure safe) and complete paperwork (service agreement, terms and conditions, client and pet information forms, including vet and emergency contact details).

A short trial walk is usually included for dog walking clients. Particularly nervous or anxious dogs may require more than one familiarisation session and we are happy to accommodate this. This is also your opportunity to get to know your primary Pet Angel (and back up Pet Angel if appropriate) and ask any additional questions. We are happy to show you copies of insurance certificates, DBS checks and training certificates if required.
  • A 25% non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm cat/pet/house sitting bookings during peak holiday seasons.
  • A cancellation policy applies for all services and this will be explained at the initial meeting.
  • You will be given a copy of our terms and conditions and a copy of any paperwork completed at the meeting will be sent to you electronically.
  • Services provided on bank holidays are charged at time and a half (except for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day which are charged at double time).
  • Regular text/photo/video updates will be arranged to your nominated contacts for all services (no additional charge). These are usually provided via WhatsApp or Messenger.
  • A mileage fee is applicable for bookings outside of our usual 3.5 mile radius.
